This question was posed in the headline of an article in The Daily Telegraph. The article looks at many of the proposed developments along the South Bank.
The sale of two council owned propertie in Bankside last week for almost £3 million has prompted several articles in media about the excessive price of development in our area and how residents with normal and low incomes are being pushed out from Borough and Bankside.
