The proposed development in Blackfriars Road, that gave the start to BARD, is now in the last week of the consultation process. Any comments will have to be sent to Southwark Council planning by 6 June 2013.
The planning application is available to see on the Southwark Council website, but we will also help you by posting the available computer generated images of the building that Linden Homes wants to build, replacing the existing Imbibe Pub and the Victorian terrace with the dry cleaners, newsagents and Blackfriars Cafe.
We have previously published some principles that should be followed in a successful objection. If some of you feel unable to see where the start, here is a model of what a basic objection could look like:
