After the walkabouts held earlier this year, and the publishing of a consultation summary and a set of ten principles for the design of Blackfriars road (all available for download from the Southwark Council website), there is a local exhibition which coordinates all of the current and future development projects along the road.

Artist Studio Company (ASC) is the host for a small exhibition on the road at their gallery at 128 Blackfriars Road on Saturday 1 June from 13:00 – 17:00. The exhibition will include visuals for each of the projects, and a large ground floor plan showing how all the new schemes will interact with the public realm along Blackfriars Road.

If you are unable to make the 1 June event, we will also be displaying the panels from the event in the window of the Bankside Community Centre at 18 Great Guildford Street between 4-11 June.

The exhibition will also be displayed at the New London Architecture gallery between 6-29 June 2013, based in the Building Centre, 26 Store Street, London WC1E 7BT. The gallery opening hours are Monday-Friday 09:30-18:00 and Saturday 10:00-17:00.
